1. Do you currently have a budget in place?

​2. Are you looking for a permanent security officer or a temporary solution to a problem?

3. Are you looking for a standing security officer at your property for fixed hours or a night time patrol?

4. What types of problems are you experiencing, and how frequently?

5. Is your security officer going to be dealing with your tenants, customers or the public?

6. Are you centrally located, or out in the "sticks?''

 

All the above will have an impact on what you need and the cost.

 

I am available to visit your property personally in order to conduct a security audit. There, you can share any concerns and requirements in person, get the comfort and closure you need, as well as a quote that same day. I will also be able to give you options and guidance for better securing your property.
